Due to the village’s altitude of about 2000 m above sea level, the sun rises there at 11 am and sets at 2:30 pm.
It led many to believe that the fasting hours in the village do not exceed 3 hours.
After a statement from a resident of the village, it became clear that the number of fasting hours in the village is not as previously mentioned. It reaches approximately 15 hours.
Imsak begins at 3:53 am and breakfast at 6:75 pm.
He added that some areas in the village are exposed to sunlight for only 3 hours, given that the mountains block the sun's rays from the village.
