The Hunza tribe is a Muslim tribe that lives on the border between Pakistan and India in a valley called (Valley of the Immortals).
They live long lives and their women give birth at the age of seventy, and they are not affected by epidemics and diseases of this age, and the population of the tribe is about 920 thousand people!!
The tribe members follow a daily lifestyle which is the secret of their permanent youth. They depend in their diet on eating raw vegetables, fruits and protein such as milk, eggs and cheese, where they only eat what they grow, and they have a healthy fasting period of three months every year in which they only eat fresh juice!!
As for bathing, it is exclusively with cold water, even in the coldest times of the year, and their daily routine includes walking distances of more than 20 kilometers!!
Their women enjoy good health that qualifies them for childbearing at the age of 70 as if they were at the age of twenty, and they enjoy fresh skin like the skin of children, while men are strong and have extraordinary endurance!!
And the absence of modern technology in that tribe makes hard physical effort necessary for the continuity of life, as there is no room for laziness, which is one of the most threats to heart health, and therefore they live up to 150 years
This people was discovered by chance in 1984 when a security employee at London Airport stopped a man whose date of birth was in his passport in 1932, while his appearance appeared to be in his thirties, which raised the astonishment of the security man. !!
The name Hunza means (who are united on one front like arrows).
This community speaks the Bruchsky language, and they are said to be descendants of one of the armies of Alexander the Great who strayed in the fourth century in one of the narrow mountains of the Himalayas.
