Don't be a victim of an over choice phenomenon

In the year 2000, two researchers opened a booth to sell honey, in which they offered 6 types of honey. It happened that 40% of pedestrians stopped in front of the booth and asked about the types.. Three quarters of them made the purchase, i.e. 75% of those who stopped,

They returned the ball and put 24 kinds of honey! That is, they increased the offered types.. The surprise was that 60% of the pedestrians stopped and asked about the types and their differences.. But the ones who actually bought are 5% of those who stopped,,

There is a significant difference between the percentage of people who bought between the first and second scenarios.

so what happened?

What happened is that there are so many options! And it became a state of over choice, and then the mind is often confused and ends up getting tired of thinking, and basically canceling the idea.

This happens in many things in our lives, for example, women find that their clothes drawer is full, but they do not feel that they have clothes, and so do some men.

That is why we see that the geniuses of the era and pioneers such as Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg and others are trying to get used to one dress so as not to tire their minds with thinking about choice... and save the energy to make more important decisions in their lives and the future of their companies,,

Don't be a victim of over choice. . Reduce choices on unimportant matters, and save mental energy for more important matters.
