Indian billionaire "Vijay Mallya", one of the richest people in India, decided to build his palace on top of a skyscraper he owns.
It is reported that he also had a palace in London, and he requested that the toilets be painted with pure gold, but he fled from there after defrauding the banks with millions of pounds and became wanted by them.
