 In just a month, transformed your life by focusing on simple yet powerful habits. you committed to eight hours of sleep every night, turning off the wifi to avoid distractions. you even switched to a thin mattress on the floor for better rest. On way to work or university, made it a point to walk at least 20% of the time, leaving your phone untouched to enjoy the world around you.
