Holy Trinity Monastery is one of six monasteries built on vertical rocks in the Greek mountains of Pindos, known as the "Meteora Monasteries".

The Holy Trinity Monastery can be visited by climbing 140 stairs. It is the monastery that appeared in the James Bond movie "For Your Eyes Only", which was produced in 1981, and the monastery was founded in 1438, and the main church in it was built in 1798.

It is said that the first monasteries of hermits appeared on the tops of these rocks in the eleventh century as the monks sought solitude to approach God.
