For all travelers to Turkey from most countries, there are 3 new steps that you must take 72 hours before traveling, and it will not take you more than 5 minutes online for the first two steps
1- Entering the IATA website (International Air Transport Association) and making sure that there are health documents or requirements for entering Turkey to the country they are coming
2- Fill out the health form that has become mandatory with a barcode on it, download it and leave it on the phone or a hard copy.
3- The PCR test has a negative result, and it has a barcode or QR code for confirmation, like the following in the picture
