Morocco attracts the world's attention with a dazzling opening ceremony of club World Cup, and witnessed the honoring of "Belly".
The FIFA Club World Cup "Morocco 2022" kicked off with the rhythm of a "dazzling" opening ceremony, which attracted the world's attention and combined modernity with the kingdom's originality and traditions.
The ceremony began with a reminder of the Moroccan traveler Abdullah bin Battuta, for whom the city of Tangier is famous, before a map of the globe decorated with the Moroccan flag appeared, in reference to the Kingdom's openness to the countries of the world.
After that, a Moroccan child presented expressions of welcome to all countries of the world and in various international languages, so that the ceremony continued through 12 artistic links representing the regions of the Kingdom and describing the difference and diversity that characterizes them.
The "rapper" Daisy gave lessons and a song, the most prominent of which was "Diro Al-Nayat", which spread in the "Qatar 2022" World Cup, before the owner of the achievement, Walid Al-Rakraki, appeared, who inflamed the crowd's enthusiasm with his presence.
The ceremony continued by asking the fans to honor the late Brazilian "Billy", whom he described as the greatest legend of world football, to end the opening ceremony with the presentation of the participating teams and skill breaks from "Freestyle".
And the “Mondialito” kicked off against the Egyptian Al-Ahly and New Zealand’s Auckland City, on Wednesday evening, on the grounds of the Grand Tangier Stadium, starting at eight o’clock in the evening (GMT +1).
