1- The fastest growing tree in the world, as its height reaches 4 meters in the first year, and it may exceed this height in the event of good service and availability of sun.
2- It can grow even at a temperature of 50°. In Iraq, for example, many trees failed in heat waves, but Paulownia survived.
3- The quality of the wood is good and resistant to bending, fire and humidity, which makes it preferred in the manufacture of furniture and homes.
4- The tree’s leaves contain a protein content of up to 18% and can be used as fodder for livestock.
5- It can be watered using waste water.
6- Paulownia has beautiful flowers that make it an ornamental tree in streets and parks if it is planted for this purpose.
7- It is considered one of the distinctive honey mines, as the tree’s many flowers make it a good breeding ground for bees.
8- Many crops can be grown inside trees if the distances between the trees are more than 4 m.
9- At the age of six years, a tree produces no less than half a cubic meter of wood in the worst cases.
10- It can be a forest in three years, which makes it a recreational and tourist place.
11- It can contribute to the return of wildlife to nature by gathering birds and animals.
12- It does not require a large service, effort and costs compared to the large return from it.
