Ancient Arab Sciences: The Hidden Truths That Shaped Civilization
What was hidden was greater From the ancient Arab sciences that astonished nations:
1- Physiognomy:
A wondrous science mastered by the Arabs, which involves inferring from a person's appearance, color, voice, and movements to determine their morals, character, and even their virtues and vices!
They read people as we read books...
As if facial features were a mirror to the soul.
2- Divination:
It is tracing footprints...the marks of feet and sandals on the soil.
An Arab would look at the footprint and say, "A man on a horse passed by here, and here is a woman with a child, and here is the mark of a lame camel's hoof!"
A science that would be unbelievable were it not for its many testimonies.
3- Physiognomy:
It is the essence of physiognomy and divination, but deeper and more precise...
The gaiter would recognize people by their footprints, and differentiate between the old and the young, the blind and the sighted, the man and the woman, and even the wise and the foolish!
They would identify a son with his father if they resembled him, identify a brother from his brother, and distinguish strangers from members of the tribe.
The most famous tribes in this field were the Banu Mudlij and the Banu Lahab.
Amazing sciences that preceded genetics and psychoanalysis by centuries... Should we revive them?
