The New Sister Incident in Oujda, Morocco (2011)

On December 4, 2011, a 23-year-old man in Oujda, eastern Morocco, reported seeing four bright, diamond-shaped lights in the sky. His account proved accurate; the device rotated and intersected in its path before making a choice. He said he was able to take a picture of it using a Nintendo DS before it disappeared.

About eighteen days later, at dawn on December 15, 2011, the young man, completely paralyzed and with his hair disheveled, reported seeing a dim, red light in the afternoon, revealing the presence of small metallic robots. His account proved accurate; two robots escorted him outside the house to a diamond-shaped vehicle that might be nearby.

The young man said he was then taken inside a speaker and placed in a shape resembling a medical spreadsheet. In front of him were four amphibious creatures inside a human body. He stated that he appeared to be the leader, as he was wearing a different suit and carrying a translation device. His account proved accurate; the leader told him that their species was called "Cytrommes" and that they were actively conducting genetic experiments on humans to ensure the survival of their civilization.

The account also included a description of a young man inside a headset and a vast, complex structure featuring long corridors and areas containing industrial facilities, as well as a control room with a star-shaped location in the region. According to the account, the aliens had arrived in a world entirely connected to the planet Kepler-22b, and that Earth's existence dates back to 2002.

At the end of the experience, the young man said he was returned home by the same two robots. After they left, the leader told him they might meet again in the future at a base located elsewhere. The following morning, he told his family about the experience, but they dismissed it as just a dream, despite his insistence that the experience was real.

This story was later featured on a Canadian research website called GARPAN, which focuses on UFOs. The site reported that the secretary met with the young man and provided a detailed description of the objects and vehicles, along with a photograph he claimed to have taken of lights in the sky. However, there is no longer any scientific evidence to support the incident, and no other independent testimonies corroborate the account.

Some researchers have suggested several points that cast doubt on the story, including the fact that the planet Kepler-22b was discovered scientifically in a similar field. They added that the story of the encounter is very similar to common UFO narratives, such as those involving books, experiments, and translations.

Nevertheless, the secretary's story contains some unusual elements, such as a description of amphibious objects, more akin to the fantastical creatures often found in abduction reports, and the presence of small robots and other beings accompanying the witness. She also described a large, multi-sectioned vehicle with a variety of channels that are not readily apparent.

Despite differing accounts on some websites dedicated to UFOs, the 2011 Oujda incident ultimately falls under the category of unproven abduction stories based on the testimony of a single individual, without any physical evidence or substantiated investigations.
