What are your chances of getting your wallet back if you lose it?
A group of researchers conducted an experiment called Civic Honesty Around the Globe, published in the journal Science in 2019.
The experiment was a field study in which researchers distributed 17,000 wallets in 355 cities across 40 countries. Some wallets contained large amounts of money, while others contained small amounts. The purpose of the experiment was to see if people would contact the researchers to return the wallets. Indeed, most of the wallets were returned in 38 out of 40 countries, with Switzerland and Norway leading the way. And what about Morocco in this experiment?
Morocco ranked 39th out of 40 in wallet returns. So, if you lose your wallet, you'll be very lucky; they'll likely only drop your documents at the post office.
If the money is there, just ask God to replace it.
