A Ghanaian man taught his students how to use a computer without a computer for social networking users.
In his online photo, Richard Appiah Akoto, known as Oura Quadu, uses a blackboard with a detailed illustration of Microsoft Word to teach students to use the program because of lack of equipment.
"Teaching ICT in schools in Ghana is funny, we are studying it on the blackboard," Akoto wrote on Facebook.
"I love my students, so I do what makes them understand what I teach them," he said.
According to The Independent, the British newspaper said he was drawing the illustration again each time the chapter came to explain the program.
He told to the US website Quartz
: "This is not the first time [I draw].
"I like to publish pictures on Facebook, so I felt like I wanted to publish this picture, I did not know it would get that much attention."
Thousands of photos and videos were shared on social networks, and it attracted the attention of Microsoft, which promised to give it a new computer.
"Supporting teachers to enable digital transformation in education is one of our main concerns," said the company, "We will provide a computer for Aurora Kwadoo from one of our partners, and we will provide access to our accredited teacher program as well as free sources of professional development."
